The thing is, it felt like the sort of "gentle hug" action that might eventually have become soothing or comforting, but I only had the Activa as a loaner for three days while I waited for my Swift to come in, so I never had the chance to get past it.

By the way, in one of my original (and now defunct) humor columns, I described the Activa as "like being groped by someone with a very odd preference in erogenous zones".
