WOW! Read the manual, what a concept!
I didn't post the instructions from the manual for your benefit, your question indicated that you had read the manual.

What I did try to do for you was to provide a link to a pdf of the manual; I figured that you might find a soft copy of the manual useful.

I'd begun using a gallon of distilled water from the start (since I received the CPAP unit on Sat.) and it really uses so little that I think I simply will continue down that path. (This sucker really is quiet!) I asked my wife if she appreciated how much quieter the new Fisher & Paykel 604 unit is than the old Resmed that was replaced, and she preferred the Resmed. (She said she liked the 'white noise' better). Oh well...

The unit came with the Fisher & Paykel Opus 360 Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask which I don't think I will use, so it's off too Eprey!

That's actually the safest way to go. You know the water is pure.

Good luck with your therapy. Please hang around and contribute to the forum.

I seem to be using the Distilled water at a very miserly rate (only used 3 qts since a week a go last Saturday) so at only 68ยข a gallon I guess I can afford it!
