How about: CPAPulence

I like it!
I had pretty severe CPAPulence when I had the titration study but since then, no more than normal, for which I am EXTREMELY grateful! I understand those anti-gas products at the pharmacy will help.

In my case, the aerophagia went away in a month or two.---By itself.
It sometimes comes back if I've been 'dietetically irresponsible'--but that is probably chemically caused.

I have this problem occasionally and found that the anti-gas products do not help. In many cases it is just air and not gas.

Oh my goodness, I thought it was just a stupid thing that I thought. Now I know it happens to other people. I really am not crazy. Thank you to whoever posted that.

I have this gas problem too, the only thing good about it is that I can respond to my husband in kind now. He loses the contest as far as I can tell. The gas is unreal. I do use anti-gas pills and they do help. I have a high setting and can't lower it at all. 15.9 is what my body seems to need to unblock this throat of mine. Sometimes when I am just walking it comes out. Also my stools are so loose, I think it's from all the air in my intestines.. but it's worth it to get a good sleep and for my body to be properly oxygenated while.

I too have a cpap machine and I noticed the last two night that's I have terrible gas! I have had the machine for a few years but stopped using it because it was a pain. I had to go for a physical for my job(bus driver) and when I told them I haven't been using it because the mask doesn't work right I had to go for another study. I found out that after this study I had severe apnea. my pressure has to be at 17. But I have found the last few nights I have awful gas(I have been using the machine for about 2 weeks now) Should I call my doctor and if I can get the pressure lowered? I'm not even sure if that will help though the last time I used the cpap machine my pressure was only at 9 and I didn't have this problem. I cannot lower the pressure myself because of my job I have to show I'm using it and at this pressure.

At those pressures, some folks have less aerophagia with a bilevel.
You might want to talk to your doctor about this if you are not already using a bilevel.
