I tested moderate to severe (AHI was in the severe range, but my oxygenation stayed pretty good, so they downgraded me to moderate). I was titrated to 7, but have since gradually upped and am at 9.5, with an average AHI of 0.6--yay. I've been at this over a year, and feel so much better. I wouldn't ever voluntarily sleep without it.
I do suggest Sleep Guy's essential oil products--they've made a big difference for me in that the whole mask/hose thing is more appealing to put on, knowing it will smell nice.
what is everyone's settings on ?

starting to fall into a comfortable groove now. 90% of time pressure is 10-12. last night was first night on the cpap pillow-->me like ! plus went back to the swift 11 . couldnot get used to the air blowing around my mouth with the full face ,plus i need that direct pressure in my nose because of diving related sinus ,bara traumas, etc.keeps head clear all night-what a blessing
