Good morning. Tried the Peach last night. Used 2 drops. Again, as with most others I have tried so far, light, fresh aroma. Very pleasant. Sleepguy has done a great job of choosing products which make the xpap experience much nicer.

I used Calm last night and almost can't believe how much I like that one! Now I know why those koalas seem so happy and relaxed all the time. Many thanks to the one person in particular who strongly recommended pursuing that blend--and to all of those participating in this trial. The feedback is extremely valuable and it's nice to hear the good experiences.

I used the strawberry last night. It was like sitting in the middle of a strawberry field!! Very pleasant without being overpowering!!
I will have to try a vanilla strawberry mix and see how that smells.
I am so glad that you liked the Calm SleepGuy as I really hope that you keep that scent!! I still haven't tried it but like I stated before I keep going to that bottle and sniffing the pleasant aroma.
I wonder about a chocolate strawberry combination? This is so much fun!! Thanks again SleepGuy!!!

Can these oils be added directly to the humidifier or is it after the humidifier?
I've never used one, but I'd like to try something besides loading up my mustache with Vicks Vapo-rub to keep my sinuses clear.
Thanx, Talyn
The "Clear" scent should keep your sinuses clear. You can probably make your own diffuser if your are really short on cash flow.
However, you should not add anything into your humidifier other than distilled water ... doing so will shorten the lifespan of your HH reservoir.

SleepGuy wrote:Good to hear. A primary purpose of this trial is to help me figure out which six new fragrances to start with for the new AirCandy line (high-quality synthetic fragrances of common types that anyone would recognize / enjoy). I also want to work the AirCandy line into pediatric cpap use (my kids love most of the fragrances).
So as long as we're talking about this I'd be very interested to know which six I should use for the first round of AirCandy. I need to decide that so I can get the labels done and get everything set up to have product next month (hopefully). The eucalyptus is a given (Calm). That will be the 10th essential oil type and is very good.....
My current list for AirCandy includes
1. Black Cherry
2. BananaBerry (probably re-labeled as BubbleGum)
3. Strawberry
4. Vanilla
I am not sure about 5 and 6. The chocolate I found is surprisingly good (all of the other "chocolate" fragrances I tested were quite bad, actually). The Peach is quite good, too.
So let me know what you think!
What happened to coconut?

That's a good question.... I tried a number of coconut fragrances but didn't like any of them very much and they were far too light. I'd like to add that in the future at some point but the immediate lineup of 6 lucky fragrances does not include coconut
At this point, based on preliminary feedback, in addition to the Calm (the 10th essential oil blend), the lucky six contestants for the fragrances (AirCandy) are:
1. Black Cherry
2. Strawberry
3. Vanilla
4. BananaBerry (probably re-labeled as BubbleGum)
5. Vanilla
6. Chocolate

Anyone out there disappointed that this does not include peach, blueberry, bubblegum, or any of the other candidates?

I had a chance to use my new Calm last night thanks to Sleep Guy's generosity . He included a sample in my last order. I LOVE it.
It will be my "go to" for sinus issues, colds, and particularly
migraines. I am happy to say that I usually get migraines only every few weeks now, but they are devastatingly painful. I am confident that Calm will help me sleep migraines away.
Any other migraine CPAPers out there? I urge you to try Calm.

I liked the peach, but my life won't end or anything if it isn't available.

Of course I realize that it will take a while to work your way through the samples. Don't rush. Let's have some fun with this.
Thanks to all!
Hi all, I went to the site and checked it out but was wondering what the defusser was? and what do you do with the pads? do you spray this around the room or what? It sounds interesting...thank you Mitzi

I tried the black cherry last night.
I felt that the scent was too strong and sort of overpowering and I only used a couple of drops. It is not among my favorite top scents.
Of course like the old saying goes -- different strokes for different folks.

Sleepguy graciously included me in his most recent trial and I received my kit yesterday.
I started out with clear, but got it too strong so I changed to Peace. I slept like a baby. It was absolutely wonderful. I can't wait to try out some of the other scents when payday comes around.

Sleepycarol, I have to agree. To me the Black Cherry just wasn't my cup of tea. I think I am just partial to the lighter, fresh scents.
Sleepguy, glad to see that you included the chocolate in your list. Prefer the Peach to the Black Cherry, but that is just my personal opinion.

Has anyone noticed that the complete candy list (less calm of course) makes up a banana split?
I have all 16 different oils in individual bags so I select the one for the evening and move it into the bed room. The TV room where the reserves are waiting smells great all the time.

I just realized that I had vanilla twice on the top 6 list so here goes again:
1. Dark Chocolate
2. French Vanilla
3. BananaBerry
4. Black Cherry
5. Strawberry
and....
6. Peach

Anyone disappointed not to see the BubbleGum, Apple, Blueberry, or any others that were circulated? Thoughts about using the name BananaBerry vs. BubbleGum? Dark Chocolate? French Vanilla?
Terry, you make me want to go try the banana split--that never occurred to me but sounds very interesting.
