Well I tried again. Sent the order to her, did not figure if I went through normal channels it would go for the $250 price. I will see what happens.
Thanks Carrol I had not seen the latest post from them.

Good luck, Jerry! I hope they come through for you.
They do seem to ultimately get there but my sense is that they only communicate when they have good news or they get pestered enough and then they give out good news anyway even if it's not really accurate.
Since a number of folks did get their units Wednesday, I'm going on the assumption that they will eventually do as they say.

I hope I did not make a mistake! With all the problems I have been real hesident but I guess I let greed get the best of me.
Julie did send me an email back. She advised me to order through regular channels and she would take care of adjusting the price, would not take the order I sent directly to her. I ordered like she said and of course it printed out the price of $499. I put a note to adjust price to $249 as per Julie. I have received a tracking number but the receipt still shows the $499 price. I checked my credit card and it has not made it yet. Hope this does not wreck my bank account.

Jerry,
I think I would assume they'll make good on their promise. If they bill your credit card for $499 then you should get a refund.
What I've found, I think, is that one person by themselves may not move the company; however, I do believe they realize the power of a forum like this one in affecting sales. So if you have problems, contact them first and then post it here. It does make a difference!
I just checked and my package is hopping across the country as I write this. I love on-line tracking!

To touch on the hightlights of the post I made last evening
- ALL units shipped yesterday- even the ones I took orders for yesterday.
- Orders taken yesterday were processed at $249
You can refer to my posts from yesterday that has all of the details as well.
Jerry, I sent you an email personally that you were charged $249, don't worry.
I have received some very nice emails and calls from people recognizing the tremendouns effort put forth to make good on this situation.
For those of you still expressing discontent, feel free to email me or call me 303 961 6998 if you'd like to discuss and work it out together.

Just thought I would let the board know. I really wanted the Pulse Oximeter (I have been trying to get one from my DME who did not cooperate) but because of uncertainty of whether it was the correct one I held back and by the time it was confirmed to be the correct one the error on the price was discovered. I kept following this thread and when Med 1 offered to go ahead and sell for the errored price I went ahead and ordered.
I will have to give them credit. Once they got things straightened out you could not ask for better service. I ordered late friday and before 10 oclock today it had been delivered. Even the horror stories about DHL did not come true.
Thanks Med 1 and especially Julie. I can imagine how much trouble this must had to have caused her.

Jerry - I'm so happy things worked out so well for you!
I've been watching my tracking number and as of early this morning my oximeter is "With delivery courier" so I fully expect to receive it today
It was a tough month but I will give Med1 and especially Julie credit for coming through and being what I consider as very generous above and beyond what I think we reasonably could have expected!

Pulse Oximeter and Oximetry in PAP software

A ResMed rep told me the Nonin Onyx Pulse Oximeter works with ResLink, which feeds into the ResScan software. Afterwards I discovered that there are many models of the Nonin PO. I hate to sound like a 'tard and call this guy a 4th time - does anyone know which model? Thanks!
