I was papping with a nine year old Healthdyne Tranquility Quest and equally old Respironics Soft Series mask and headgear until two months ago. Although I must admit, it was DEFINITELY time to change!
I'm thinking my Nasal Aire II prongs need to be replaced every 6 months. They seem to lose their seal. Though the tubes part of the mask seems perfectly fine. My insurance paid for a new mask (everything, headgear included) at 6 months, so that's what I'm going on right now.
