As Mando Johnny said ... "it's all about communication" with some honest understanding tossed in for good measure.
EDIT: Forgot to mention that the CPAP does indeed help w/ energy needed for the physical side of the issue.

Why is it that the female view of romance is almost always associated with financial expenditures? And gals accuse guys of being shallow! Another example: You know how much a wedding can cost nowadays? Do you know how little it would cost if guys planned them?
Johnny,
You may or may not have meant to be funny in this email but it made me crack up! Yes I can picture it now,,,,,,if guys had there way us gals would be hitching up in casino lounges in Vegas with huge flat screen tvs playing the big game and instead of confetti, we'd be sprinkled with poker chips!
On a more serious note, yes, I agree that often times what is just as nice that women do appreciate is something that doesn't even involve money at all. noticing a new haircut, stuff like that. Actually I think even in the aspect of divorced couples, sometimes a parent thinks they can "buy" affection when what is really relished by the child is just time spent with their parent.

BTW, for those of you who are interested, the FDA has now approved the new generic name for Viagra, which is "mycoxaflopin."

When I picture a wedding planned by a guy I see a justice of the peace in a backyard with a keg of beer.
The Vegas thing sounds nice but that would take too much planning ahead for a guy.

Yep, Tooly is on to something here!!
Has anyone ever done this? What about the home made wine for toasting?
Seems to me there is a money making opportunity here for male wedding planners. How about designer beer kegs, autographed by wrestlers and other sports celebrities. You could throw in a large HDTV, surround sound and a Lazy-Boy for an all inclusive package. Sounds good to me.
This thread really brings back older memories. At the time I was not able to go first class but paid attention to the food, booze and music. Everyone had a great time and we heard about it for years. Also didn't cost me an arm and a leg even though I sprang for it all - no high class catering, just down to earth pitching in by those who cared.
Just wondering what the guys in Vegas do?

1. Have too much to drink.
2. Buy wedding from a menu of options at the drive-thru chapel.
3. Get married.
4. Drink some more.
5. Wake up the following morning.
6. Panic.
7. Get marriage annulled.
8. Go home to real wife.
What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.

At least two peer-reviewed articles in the NIH data base state that impotence can be a consequence of sleep apnea, along with high blood pressure, stroke and heart problems.
Has anyone experienced stronger erections since starting on cpap therapy?

Can't say they are stronger, but the wife does appreciate that I don't fall asleep during. Truthfully, the increase in energy has made it more enjoyable for us both.

Howdy, ya'll. Yep, it's da old TXKajun here.
I just HAD to post a serious reply on this topic (I lurk most every day.....been 19 months now!!).
So, has XPAP improved my sex life? My personal experience is, in a word, a resounding YES!
It took a while to kick in, so to speak, but slowly but surely, my "interest" rekindled (I'm 55 now and been doing the XPAP nightly dance for 19 months now). For a while, like the last 2 years before going on XPAP, my "interest" slowly dwindled till it was almost gone. Major bummer. But now, well, all is good again. And a bunch more frequent! Also, "performance" seems to have improved a bunch (as in stronger).
And it's not just my imagination. Sweetie has mentioned it several times over the last 6 months or so.
This therapy works!!! and in ways that just might surprise us all!
