There are many people with deviated septums that use a variety of nasal pillows without rubbing the inside of the nose. People reading your post shouldn't be misled that only one type of nasal pillows can be used with a deviated septum.

The mask I posted about does NOT have any nasal pillows. I don't know about others with deviated septum, but this was a problem that I was having, along with the previous masks pressing on my teeth. My doctor felt that nasal pillows were not for me because of my particular nose. I only made the suggestion to help other people who may have been stuck for a long time like I was. I was happy to find the DreamWear Mask. If you aren't having any problems, I am happy for you. Have a great day!
