Well the pillow which I received came in a factory sealed box but if my aunt has her own; what she does with hers is strictly her business and those comments made by "rooster" were certainly inappropriate; it's clearly apparent that the poster's mind was in the gutter. Thanks to everyone else for your posts.

I love my pillows. I have tried all sorts of pillows (pre-cpap days) and love a thicker pillow. I would buy the pillows from Wal-Mart and even tried the ones Penny's sell and had trouble with them going flat after a few months. I am heavy and don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. I had purchased memory foam pillows before at K-Mart and they were regular size -- if into a regular pillowcase. We have a king bed and it took two per king size pillow case to equal one king size pillow and they weren't very thick and I ended up using another pillow underneath the two I used. We have an outlet store here -- I think that is what they are called they sell returns and over-runs from stores and you can usually find some decent merchandise there for a fraction of the cost. I ended up giving around $40.00 for two king size pillows. They are fairly heavy and a pain to put a pillowcase on.

It seems that pillows are such a personalized item that what works for one doesn't work for the next one.

I'm with Country4ever... a foam pillow and feather pillow on top that I can poke and prod to fit my needs side to side, I even sleep on my stomach sometimes with my forehead only on the pillow.
