Another helpful product to clear the nasal cavity is the Ayr Gel. I wouldn't do this if you don't feel comfortable performing medical procedures on yourself, but here is what I do... Use a clean (sterile, if possible) cotton swab. Load a bunch of the gel on the end. Insert it gently up thru the nostril between the nasal conchae and the septum. Soon, a tidal wave of mucus comes out, and I can breathe again! Again, I am not a medical professional, and this is dangerous due to the proximity to the sinuses, together with the risk of causing a severe infection or hemmorrhage. However, it works for me, and I perform it daily when I get congested.

Too bad we can't lock threads over 1 year to read only... It would help keep the Crap on the bottom on the pool, the deep end! Jim
