I changed the "start' time on my BiPap Autos to 11pm, when we usually go to bed, but it would be nice if Respironics allowed us to set local time so we can get some idea of when things "happen".

I am guessing, but if I go to sleep with my SV at 11pm, and the next day, I see an event at 8 hours......that equals 7am. But I am only guessing.

Since I have not tried the Resmed SV, I don't know whether it is as good as the Respironics SV or not. I hope it is for the sake of people using it.

Don't think the time setting affects the LCD report--just affects the Encore "lite" reports where times of day are included.

If the machine is 3 hours off - what does the mean for you ability to read the data from the LCD?
