A quick post, just to keep this thread alive (c'mon, there's GOT to be someone else out there workin' out, too!! LOL)
I discovered one of the practical advantages to my now 4-weeks into workouts. I went quail hunting last Sunday and didn't get winded trying to chase those little suckers down!! A major improvement from last year...and the year before...and the one before that!
