the EPA showed me that my events for 3 nights were 59, 44, 35...divided by around 8 hours this is still close to 'normal' i suppose, if i wasn't being 'treated', but too many to be having if i'm ON cpap, ya know?!
ok, bugging you guys some more:
my numbers for last night, 7.18 hours, bumped pressure up to 7 cm
AHI 8.1 OAI 3.5
HI 4.6
SI 21.9
total events 58 total OA 25
total H 33
total snores 157
large leak 0 secs.
so, i need to leave it at that for about a week, right, and see how it goes...but should i be worried about the numbers being up, esp. the OA'S?
thanks

ok, so i left the pressure at 7 for a couple of nights but events went way up!
total: 74
oa's: 37
h's: 37,
ahi 9.2
i know i'm not supposed to change too much but the increase concerned me, so i put it back down to 6.5 and things started evening out again; last night was the best night yet with: total events 19, 8 oa's, 11 h's,
ahi 2.5, large leak: zero, and the night before was just a hair off these numbers
i guess 6 was too low but 7 was too high..6.5 seems to be good for now...hopefully i'm on the right track
thanks again for taking the time to review these numbers with me, guys

Interesting..... But, good for you!
Makes a lot of difference to be able to monitor it with software, doesn't it?

yeah, but it's kind of taking over my life...(and my ability to read data is trying to take over yours, too! lol)
i'm sure it's like any new thing i become inordinately obsessed with...it will pass...gulp, i hope
