Comforting to know I'm not the only one who has has humidifier water spills. Two months ago I was in a hotel room and didn't have the nice place to put the CPAP I do at home. I turned over in bed, which pulled on the hose, which turned the CPAP on its side. Water spilled into the hose. With the air going through the hose it sounded like someone was gargling!
I probably should have spent some time drying it out. Just turned it back on and so far all is well.
