Gumby,
You have lent us so many of your talents and helped so many of us, it is no surprise that you would come up with a really great anniversary idea. What a cool way to show our progress, which your last post on this thread really does demonstrate.
Congratulations to you and keep on keeping on.
Karen,
Who thinks: It is a good thing to be a CPAPPER!

So I borrowed another year of life thanks to CPAP, well now BiPap, and have completed my 4th year on the hose. The toughest part was the first year learning how to sleep with plastic on my face without waking up. This became easier when I tried the Aeiomed Headrest and breathing became easier when I switched to a BiPap.
Some may have already heard that just before Xmas I finally got a PRS1 BiPap Auto and now I know it has V1.24 firmware
I like the machine overall esp. the new fangled swivel on top and not in the back of the machine. My AHI including FL's has been <.5 so far. But I am not overly impressed with the humidifier.
Another milestone for this year was trying to convince my wonderful DME that the Aeiomed Headrest mask was/is still available after they had a fire. My Thanks to Howard from Aeiomed.com, I am sure I couldn't have been convincing w/o him.

Happy (XPAP) Anniversary, Gumby.
Best wishes for many, many more.
By the way, how's the snow situation in your neighborhood the last few days?

Not only have we broke records on snowfall, now it is f'n cold. That means single digits which reminds me of another anniversary which passed on Jan. 21 where it had been zero for about 2 weeks then we had a house fire. Not pretty. We only lost material things (all of them) and many, many memories.
But yea record cold and record snow falls this winter. It's time for me to move, I'm thinking either Key West or Honolulu
C'man, I am glad I could help

Sometimes I wonder how many more years I would have seen without treatment. Now they just keep rolling on around. Glad you've "borrowed" yet another one. CPAP anniversaries are well worth celebrating.

Gumby, thanks for taking us on a trip down memory lane! Did you notice that Snoredog was the first to welcome you? It was so like him to refer to himself as a two-time "stroker". RIP. I must have missed your previous anniversary updates and didn't know your history, so now I'm doubly grateful to have you here helping all of us as you have. Congrats!

Sometimes I wonder the same thing.....almost 6 years since I started this ride.

Yes I did and it is good to take a walk down memory lane when you can remember
We all are a collection of our life's experiences, nothing more.
I am proud to be here with you all.
