Good morning Siong Hua ! Sorry can't help you on USPS.

I just wonder, which CPAP and mask are you looking for ?

I am after a Respironics M Series Plus with C-Flex and Resmed Activa Mask and a Respironics Premier chinstrap.

Good choice ! It maybe a good idea to get A-Flex if budget permits. Aflex is switchable to C-Flex. I am using Activa now, for me it is better seal, less leakage. The other masks a lot of leaks.

Budget would not be a real concern, but I am doing fine with CPAP wondering if I need APAP. Surely it helps when my pressure required changes but I have free sleep study that I can do. Is A-Flex really going to be more comfortable? However I am also thinking that having a APAP may also be a good idea if the need arises, who knows I may not be able to notice the my required pressure changes. Anyway I will talk to my sleep physician before making any decision.

are much more cheaper, anyone used it before?
Yes,

But beware one is for documents only.
GEM with tracking is best & GEM Guaranteed is better (& slightly dearer).

You have the info now the choice is yours. cpap.com are by far the best online cpap seller in the US. But I don't & won't use UPS or FEDEX anymore based on cold hard experience.

So therein lies a conflict I had to grapple with. I solved it by having cpap.com ship to friends in Seattle & they use USPS GEM to Australia. I pay them back by letting them trial & play with everything I buy - they are probably WA state's most knowledgeable & experienced CPAP couple - their RT (a highly qualified Respiratory Doctor) is famous in WA & he also thinks they are very knowledgeable

I also purchased their standby machines for them plus gave them an SpO2 machine as thanks for the effort they put into shipping me so many xPAP machines

I had also thought about that yesterday and contacted my friend in Denver for the same arrangement. But now since cpap-supply.com is able to ship it directly to me via USPS I may as well buy from them. Unless they are really not as good as cpap.com. Any idea?

cpap-supply.com quoted me
Priority Mail International for $87.40. (Instead of USPS GEM)

From DSM's post I can see that USPS GEM cost almost the same, do you think they are over-charging me?

Yes it's very good, much more better than any other machines I tried, (straight cpap at sleep lab, cflex and home and EPR, a-flex is definitely the best way to go thanks for advices) I am using Activa mask, can't tolerate other masks.
