Thanks everyone for the insightful comments. I am blown away by the responsiveness of everyone on this forum.

After reading all the comments, I think I am now convinced that my OSA is under control, and I should stop worrying about it. This leaves me lots of free time now to concentrate on my other untreated condition ...

I think I have reached a plateau in my quest for zero AHI.

My monthly average is 0.4 and I get 0.0 about 2 to 3 times a week and almost always zero apneas. I guess if I round the 0.4 AHI it equals to zero right?

Yes - you are right - it's called "new math" or "teenage math"! My daughter says the same thing - "But mom - it's only around $15.00!" Translation: $19.99 plus tax plus shipping. And to think she's in a school for high achievers - or she's "got my number!"

Just kidding - but 0.4 average - wow! Looks like you are doing great! P.S. I'd consider that a zero too!
