hokay, googled the vick's, and while i reiterate that i'm definitely not addicted to it, i will discontinue use simply for safety's sake

I've always had a low grade allergy issue & these seem to really help

Even with the machine's filters in place they get pretty discolored after a couple of months so they are catching something.

Hey Sharon,
Point well taken!!!! I'd like to live without the chemicals also, but I'm one of those people that would be dead without them.
My allergic reactions are intense that I get asthma, then I stop breathing altogether, so though I tend to totally agree with you -- I'll take my meds......
Still with ya on the 17th!!!!

Mucho thanks for the filter info -- I'm going to bookmark that one for future reference!!! I'm going to be working with an APAP machine starting Wednesday and my pressure is presently at 7cm, so taking the warnings into consideration, I'll put it on the list for hopefully someday!!!!
