mine's just 6 which i think is pretty low, but i haven't begun to feel any better and lately i've woken up through the night feeling like i'm starving for air, so i'm hoping to get my sleep doc to increase it soon

I was titrated just recently at 9cm. I think I can go lower.
Previous surgury (somnoplasty) may have helped with the pressure
even if it did not cure my apnea

I was titrated at 10 one year ago, and when on straight CPAP I stay usually on 10 or 11. I tried APAP with range of 10-12, but the best therapy for me is straight CPAP at 10 or 11.

Titrated at 5 and have been using an autopap for a month trying to find the right pressure. Right now it's 7.5-8.5 and last night was my lowest AHI ever at 2.3.

I was titrated at 6, but like sharon1965 I usually felt starved for air so I increased it to 8. The past two nights have been the best I have slept in years!

APAP 5.5 to 9.5. Most of the time around 7 or 8.
