can you take two cpap bags?

I have the separate F & P humidifier, as I live on a sailboat. It does not fit in a standard cpap case, and does not come with its own case. I can get it in my hybrid bag, however. Is there a problem traveling with two medical bags? I always get the special pat down with the wand anyhow, as I have an artificial hip, and take a cane when traveling.
