I have used the CPAP Pro for a month now and I can truthfully say it has exceeded my expectations. I questioned the mouthpiece part, where you had to do a dental impression of your upper teeth. The device is uncomplicated and the mouthpiece was not a factor and after using the CPAP Pro the first night I was a believer. I sleep more comfortably and was able easier turn from side-to-side, the included over-head swivel keeps the tubes above the head and out of the covers.
It takes little to no getting used to and is far better than the traditional mask. I recommend it.

After 6 or 7 masks I thought this was going to finally be the one. Turns out it is simply a twist of the same old problems with a new one kicked in for misery
THE BAD
1. MOUTHPIECE I have yet to get use to the mouthpiece and I wore a regular mouth guard for years to prevent grinding. The stiff plate attaching the hoses is just uncomfortable and after 3 months I still am not use to it. It's just obne more thing to clean too. %^%$^%^
2. The nose pillows are to small for me and end up jamed in in my nose. They only make one size and get this...they are $45.00 a set I thought I was getting ripped off on other nose pillows at $20 @$^%$^$%^
3. They say you can use it up to a 12 setting and I use 11. Noisy Noisy Noisy Leaks Leaks Leaks The air hisses loudly out the small foam covered diffusers. #$^#&^&*%^*&^*(%*&
4. Customer call center does not want to hear about complaints and the 100% guarantee is worthless because it is void if you open the packages. They also do not return emails. I still may refuse to pay this on my credit card That is the only way to get money back.
THE GOOD No air blowing toward my wife but tnow the noise bothers her...and me. It does allow me to sleep in almost any position...almost EZ on and off No straps or headgear to make marks and it doesnt make me sweat
As far as I am concerned this is a scam They sure no how to make it sound like a godsend. Makes me want to lose weight so I might eliminate my apnea all together.

I should have been suspicious when they said no refunds after product package is opened. I tried every way imaginable to use it. The nasal pillows are too small and do't come is sizes. The noise it makes wakes my wife. After two nights I hadan ulcer inside my nose and a welt on my tongue. The mouthiece fits great, but everything else is expensive crap.

I have used the Cpap Pro for about a week now. There were a couple of issues with leaks and discomfort the first night. After spending 30 minutes adjusting the placement of the hoses and pillows, the second night was perfect. I didn't know anything until the next morning. I do wear ear plugs at night to drown out highway noise and noises originating from a gas station that is down the street so the noise from the exhalation ports is a non-issue for me. I do think the hoses are a little flimsy but then if they were heavier we would all be complaining about the weight. Coming from a Respironics gel mask I think I made a good choice in trying the Cpap Pro. I no longer have the leaking that occurred with the Respironics mask every time I went from my back to one side or the other. I rest much more soundly now and feel much better during the day. The parts are expensive for the Cpap Pro but hey, but everything in the medical field is.

I just received my new Cpap Pro, which I paid out of pocket. The mouthpiece is too large for my mouth (I do have small mouth). When I called them they were very sorry but that is the only size they carry and no, they will not refund my money. They will send me a free kit that I can take to my dentist and pay him to fit me.

I want to buy a c pap pro...My husband is a dentist and I've tried a apnea mouth piece that is a upper and lower splint fused together..Try getting use to that ! Lock jaw at it's best.....I hate the masks... I sweat under them , have leaks and the head strap bugs the back of my head after 5 years....Why now? I don't know ..but..that is what brought me to the c pap pro page...I'm kinda disappointed with the reviews here...It's taken the wind out of my sails I guess I would have no problem getting help with the mouth piece cause of being married to a dentist....I just don't know about all the cheap parts...but...maybe if you handle them with care they will hold up....hmmmm...I have very small nose holes so maybe it will be a perfect fit....?? I've bought masks that I have sitting in my drawer too...so I don't know it's a 50 50 on this I guess.....Anybody know of any other nasal masks that are better? I hate my mask and machine..I just want to get off of it ASAP....I'll hit the gym in the new year and maybe stop smoking ...that's my only hope or solution....I might still give this mask a try....At this point anything that might help might be worth it!

Hi I purchased a CPAP Pro mask a couple of weeks ago and thought it would be great. I tried and started to panic with the mask thinking that I couldn't get enough air through. I went to my CPAP specialist and he downloaded the information from my machine and it showed I was getting enought in but not enough air out. He said the holes in the plastic tubing are far to small and I had to stop using the CPAP PRO.

That sounds odd: To the best of my knowledge the Cpap-Pro could not be sold in the US without FDA approval.
(Can't be all that different in Australia) I note the doc did not tell you the device was not approved for use there.
I suspect the nasal tube interface may be causing inflammation in your nasal passages, or the nose piece may be seated incorrectly, causing back pressure while you exhale. Doctors can make mistakes, and not all that rarely.
