There's a discussion in
another thread about a company in Australia that makes custom made masks.
I also found several apnea-related websites that use some variation of the phrase, "Custom made masks are also available, so ask your doctor." Not one of them cites any references or links. I did find one mention of a company in Germany that does it, but I was unable to find a website for them.
Maybe that custom mask may be closer than I realized.

Well, I certainly think that "custom" mask suggestion was the best mask suggestion made.
After all if they can develop the software to reconstruct a badly damaged face or "age" a child's face to teens or adulthood, or change a face w/proposed plastic surgery for the patient to see before committing to the surgery it would seem that it would be possible to develop software to customize xPAP masks!!!
