2nd night with CPAP - is it normal adjustment to wake up with a headache both days? my numbers seem good, AHI 0.1. I increased the humidity a bit yesterday but that didn't seem to help. I uploaded the card to Oscar and don't know how to read the data very well, but nothing seems to stand out ....

It isn't normal for cpap use itself to cause headaches. Now maybe with the addition of the mask to the face a person might sleep in a different position that puts sort of a strain on the neck and then the neck strain can cause a headache.

You need to make your doctor aware of the headaches because other stuff can cause headaches.

Also....please keep reports and questions to one thread because not everyone will have read your past comments and/or history and not bother to research and comment.
