RERAs need FL reduction to be scored RERAs.

So how did Prisma score RERAs w/o scoring FL?

AAMOF, the areas preceding these RERAs look more FL-y than the FLs scored during SoftPAP!!

yep its all rather odd...but i was told that Oscar, like SleepHQ which are basically the same thing, take the raw data... so it could be Oscar doing this.. maybe it was built more for Resmed machines as clearly Lowenstein seems to work differently. Oscar is applying its own algorithms.

Thanks for the link... so last night it says on PrismaTS my RESA index was 4/h and I seem to average that over the time i have used the Prisma...which seems to be within tolerance levels.

they don't seem to quote FLs at all... they seem to calculate it using mainly eMO

That's zoomed in on last night to show the RERA and that lined up with eMO (the dark red bars at the bottom)...I'll have a look with SoftPAP on from another day...but it doesn't seem to show FLs at all...and the rest is about the same AHI / RERA etc. I think the issue is with how Oscar reads the data for machines using SoftPAP...
My AHI did increase last night, as i tried to increase the pressure and oddly when i do that AHi etc gets worse.

This is a full night with SoftPAP on 2 so max on my Prisma SMART...as you can see...it doesn't show FLs at all.. it seems to just work on eFI, eMOs, eSO you can see with the yellow and red colours on the rMV line... the eMO line up with the RESEA...its interesting they also call them a snore... I guess because most are less than 10 secs. mostly 7 sec.

Thanks for the link to the Lowenstein PrismaTS software! Its certainly better than Oscar or SleepHQ... as they seemed to be more designed for Resmed etc. I might do a post about the Prisma when I learn a bit more. It is a good bit of kit... but the Germans are known for engineering greatness. In the UK the NHS pay for our kit, I presume you have it paid by Insurance?

ok thanks... it wasn't a criticism... I would think its hard building a reporting system, which covers all suppliers, when they have different ways to deal with Apnea it seems. I think the Lowenstein machines are relativity new to Oscar etc
