Resmed Airsense 10 AVS vs Resmed Airsense 11 AVS

For the last three years I have been using the Airsense 10 AVS. Should I get the Airsense 11 AVS? What is the different beside binning new.

The comparison between Air10s and Air11s appears to be consistent along all product lines:

• They appear to have the same algorithm
• The Air10s are better built
• People don't like the Air11 humidifier
• The Air11 hose doesn't swivel
• The Air11 is actively upgraded
• The time can't be changed on the Air11

Sticking with the Air10 will allow you to keep using your existing supplies and have a part compatible spare.

I consider the Air10 the top device, and the Air11 a close second.

and one hopes you have a backup machine at hand. seems to me that when a machine breaks, it seems to be a Friday night at the beginning of a 3 day weekend.
