Just like a presidential candidate needs to make a financial disclosure, (s)he should have to make a medical disclosure. Also, the max should be 75 years at the NORMAL end of the term (i.e. no early quit pledges that might be hard to enforce). This gets rid of both Biden and Trump!
There are some eighty sleep disorders, but a number of them can be ruled out because they have very specific symptoms.

It is not the law at the moment, but starting with the next president it should be!
