Cpap not recording full night sleep

Hey everyone, I’m getting desperate for some answers and direction. Resmed says contact my cpap supplier, Apria says I didn’t get the machine from them originally so they can’t help, and directs me to my respiratory doctor and my doctor sends me back to apria 🤦‍♀️.

I use my air sense 10 auto set for her with a full facemask from 10:30-11pm- anywhere from 4:30-6am depending on when I wake up. Sometimes I get up to go to the bathroom and then come right back turn it back on and continue using rhe machine. The problem is, it only registers that I’m using it for like 2-4hrs depending on if I sleep until 4 or 6. Some nights even less. Is there a way to fix it so I get accurate usage data?

Is the time on your machine set correctly?

Who did you get your machine from? Was it new and is it still under warranty?

Where are you seeing that usage report?
The machine's LCD screen or using OSCAR software report?
If not the OSCAR report....use it/OSCAR and see if it combines those sessions to end up with correct usage.
