AHI variability

I have been using a ResMed 10 for about 2.5 months. Generally, I feel rested and have very little issue with my pillow mask. My AHI numbers tend to average around 2 or a little less. My question relates to the past two nights. On April 15th, I had an AHI of 0.3, and virtually no events of note. On April 16, with no changes to my setup, or sleep time, my AHI was 3.1, despite feeling like I slept OK. ,This was my event summary. Anything I should be concerned about? Why would there be such a difference between the two nights. I am nt especially tired during the day, but just wondering if there is some problem lurking.
