Lost Weight Central Apneas Increasing

Post by Mbcs23 » Sun Apr 06, 2025 2:16 pm

Hi All
I’m new here but seeking help. My bipap therapy was very successful with an overall score of under 5 for years. I have lost 20lb. On this journey I have seen my obstructive apneas average under 5 but my centrals over 70+. I spoke with my dr. She only changed my epap down one.
Currently I am set at
AutoB, ipap 25, epap 13,

I’m tired again and my sleep is crap. Dr tells me just to wait it out she does not like to make quick changes.

What are your thoughts?
