Loosing hair

I'm loosing hair and have a headgear dent in my head. Please advise. Thank-you!

Which mask are you using?

How tightly are you adjusting the mask? They are not designed to be adjusted tightly.

I have long wavy hair and had the same problem I bought a silk turban from Amazon to sleep in and my hair looks better than ever.
