Purchasing New Machine

Post by Slumberseeker » Thu Nov 21, 2024 3:26 pm

Has anyone had any dealings with Sleeplay.com? I am looking a purchasing a BiPap machine from them and want to know if they are a legitimate and reliable company. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Have you considered asking cpap.com to match the price?

Thanks for the reply.

I communicated with cpap.com and they said could not match price as their resmed bipod has a modem and the machines I am looking at have none. Do you know anything about Sleeplay?

Thanks

I ordered my new AirTouch mask and headgear from them. It arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I didn't try to use my insurance, so I can't speak to their dealings with insurance companies; I also didn't require any customer service, so no report on that, either.

I’ve used them to buy masks and have had no issues at all.

I bought my AirCurve 11 and an F40 mask from them with no troubles whatsoever. They resell name-brand merchandise, so I doubt if there's an issue with the product. The customer service may be another story, but I've never had to use them.

They seem to be a "stack 'em high sell 'em cheap" kind of reseller. But I would, and have, use them again.

Just wanted to let group know, I did purchase new machine from Sleeplay and received it yesterday. Tested last night, seems fine. Supposed to have two year warranty but did not see any card to send in. The people at Sleeplay were helpful, answering my questions before purchase
