Padacheek liners leaks
I recently purchased some Padacheek liners after having some nose bridge irritation from my F20 mask. Unfortunately, the liners have been causing some pretty significant leaks. The liner leaks are basically silent and don't wake me up, like the mask leaks did. I've tried tightening and loosening the mask, but nothing has really helped. I've attached a screenshot, you can definitely tell which nights I used the liner (21, 24-28). Does anyone have any experience with liner leaks or have and advice?

Switch to a full-face mask that fits under the nose and doesn't touch the nose bridge. https://www.cpap.com/collections/full-face-cpap-masks
My personal preference is the ResMed AirFit F30i Full Face CPAP Mask. If you don't like the hose connection on the top of your head, there's the F30.

Maybe a AirFit F20/F30 Strap by Pad A Cheek would help you? It helped me. I changed to different masks later though. I thought it helped managed my leaks. Good luck

Re: Padacheek liners leaks
I'm totally like you. I tried the F20 several times and ended drop kicking it to the next county. I couldn't prevent the nose bridge issues. I have been using the Resmed Mirage Quattro for several years. It has a knob that will allow you to adjust the pressure on the bridge of the nose. Take a look-see at cpap.com.
I have the same issues that you have with the liners. They leak pretty bad with me. Most folks are able to control the leaks when using the liners. I just wasn't able to. They are very comfortable. Liner or not, you shouldn't have to crank down a lot to stop leaks. The mask should "float" on your face. I do love the strap covers. They provide comfort and prevent the straps from diggin' in the head.
I used to be a fanatic about leaks (ask Pugsy ). Nowadays, I don't care if the leaks are bad, if:
- they don't wake me up
- and my AHI is ok
