Expect cost of Refurbished Cpap Machines

Hello,

I got the Sleep Apnea diagnosis, and it matches all of my symptoms. The brand new cpap machines were listed at over a thousand and it would take a couple months to get them through insurance. I have seen some refurbished ones for 250-350 dollars and was wondering what would be a good price for a refurbished cpap whether auto or not based on your experience with some specific models.

I have no idea about costs of used and refurbished machines.

Though model cost will depend on brand and model used or needed.
If you need a different type of machine be prepared for more cost...like a bilevel machine of some sort.

thanks for posting that. I went automatically to second wind CPAP, but our sponsor's air sense 10 is only ten bucks more than what second wind sells it for refurbished!

Not sure if it applies to machines along with the other stuff but last I looked the AirSense 11 AutoSet was only 699 anyway.

Wherever you live, the local joint is the one that is most costly.
--unless, of course, insurance is pitching in.
If you are buying out of pocket--go online.
Any other vendor will screw you.
It seems to be their job, doggone it!
