BTW, my doctor prescribed BiLevel pressures 18.0 exhale, 24.0 inhale. I refused those high pressures, started using a foam cervical collar, and now my pressure runs from 10.0 to 12.0 with APAP. For you, it's worth a trial - easy and cheap. (Still, see the specialists.)
