I have found the mask for me and have tried many over the last 5 years. Is anyone else reporting hose joint leakage with this mask: Evora Full Face Mask RT-1005.
I have had 3 bad units this year.

My wife and I have both been using this mask since it first came out and we have had no problems with them. Are you getting leakage whee the hose snaps onto the mask frame? Could it be a tear in the hose caused by rough handling?

No, this is an ongoing issue with the last 3 masks that my local supplier has sent home with me right out of the doctor's office.

My RRT sent me home with a new one that was leaking as I needed a mask to sleep. I will be returning it again this week. Are others reporting this issue?

Hi, I'm pretty sure what you call the hose joint leakage point is the same issue I've had...

I've repeatedly had the same connector swivel joint leak issue with this mask across a half dozen masks and have created a fix using heat shrink tubing (pictures below). It prohibits the swivel part from swiveling, but I haven't found that to be much of an issue.

The 1 inch tubing we had in the garage fit, took care not to overheat in any one area to make the cpap tube too hot. The little black sharpie mark I made to note how far up the resmed climateline connector came up the tube so the shrink tubing didn’t interfere with that connection.

I called and spoke to a US rep, plus submitted a product design defect resolution request on their website

I would encourage others who use and like this mask but also encounter the leak issue at the swivel to do the same. Squeaky wheel works sometimes.

If you have the Evora mask with a swivel connector and experience the same leak from the connector tube, please contact them and ask for the design flaw to be fixed. Love the mask other than this!
