Has anyone struggled with this machine? It started to seem like it was “pulsing” if that makes sense, but then sometimes it’s ok to wear when it’s not doing that. But for a few weeks now after a year of feeling great and seeing high sleep scores (90-100), I’m experiencing consistent 40s, feeling horrible, and every time I check the report it says 0 usage time or stats. No idea how to troubleshoot.
Rotech, the supplier, is difficult to deal with and a bit scammy in my opinion so I’m dreading dealing with them. Machine has a 2 yr warranty so I think I need it replaced!

If you're feeling horrible, and the machine is functioning differently than it was, clearly something has to be done.
Do you have a doctor? Do you have prescription?
Have you contacted your doctor about the change in how you feel?
If you have a prescription, you can buy a new machine online, and use it while you're trying to get the faulty one replaced. If you to that, you may eventually end up with a good machine, and a backup machine.
Troubleshooting - for both machine and therapy - is difficult when you can't track what the machine is doing.
On the off chance that it's s a small glitch: Have you tried unplugging your machine from the electricity and waiting a few minutes before re-plugging it?

Yes I do have a prescription. The power trick doesn't work, because I've recently traveled with it so it's definitely been unplugged and plugged back in often. I'm curious to hear feedback on this particular machine, and if other users have had similar problems. I have a feeling maybe this particular machine isn't that great / reliable. Thanks!

You need the prescription to buy a new machine online. It's good you have it.
