Maybe I wasn't fully asleep during that time?
That's what I am actually hoping for....the not fully asleep thing because I can blame a lot of those centrals on arousal/awake breathing...at least the ones after 6:00.

These are your mom's settings
Mode: AutoSet/apap auto adjusting
Minimum pressure is 5 cm
Maximum pressure is 15 cm
Looks like ramp for a very short period and looks like EPR is turned on full time and set to 2

Make a note of those settings.

I am going to ask you to change the settings a little....are you up for it?

How did you sleep last night and how do you feel today?

I'll give the settings a try, I figured out how to get into them the other night so it shouldn't be too hard to change them (and I took pictures of them so I'll know what to change them back to).

According to the info, it looks like I slept great last night! I feel tired today, more so than I have in a while actually. Not sure what that's about? Here's last night:

Last night was really good....at least on paper.
Do you remember waking much during the night?

I remember waking up last night whenever I had to move / roll over, so I could move the hose with me lol. I don't remember how many times, or for how long though.

Oh, and I did wake up with a migraine very early (the pulsating / throbbing brain feeling), I didn't open my eyes though and I managed to fall back to sleep after the throbbing stopped.

Let's see what happens tonight without any changes.
Given the pattern of the pressure increases I am wondering if your OSA is worse in REM. It wouldn't be unusual.
My own OSA is 5 times worse in REM and I used to see that pattern often.

I don't know why you might feel a little more tired today but we just don't sleep the same every night (or even all night).
Nothing stands out on the report that we might blame.

Here was last night, I ended up taking the mask off this morning and falling back to sleep for a little while. I haven't looked too closely at them today, I still feel a little tired today (like yesterday) but who knows what that's from. Maybe work stress lol.

Any chance you were again awake or semi awake starting at around 6:00?
How are you sleeping and feeling?

Yesterday, I woke up pretty early and pulled the mask off. This morning I didn't wake up (that I know of) until just before I turned the machine off and actually feel like I slept better last night. It's early in the day still, but I don't feel as foggy this morning as I did the past few days.
