The 2am one was 30 seconds. I took a screenshot of the events list for both May 19th with the higher pressure and April 29th with the capped pressure. Several long apneas around 20-40 seconds with the lower pressure. I don't have Fitbit sleep data for that night. They are 10-15 seconds long on the night with the higher pressure. That night my fitbit sleep score was 91.

I am 63 with a normal ekg and normal heart ultrasound. My ex was a holter tech and put one on me in 1985. He said my heart rate went crazy in the middle of the night. In hindsight, I have always wondered if that wasn't when I was first diagnosed with sleep apnea...via holter and 20 years before my formal diagnosis. A follow-up with a cardiologist showed a slight murmur... that no one has mentioned since then.
1985? Time for another one. All kinds of reasons you might be having a high heart rate.
I agree. I don't think anyone thought about sleep apnea causing the high heart rate on the 1985 holter on a 25 year old fit female.

I will talk to my doctor about it. I do get tachycardia from albuterol and use levabuterol because of it. I have family members with AFib, and hope I am not developing it. I upgraded to an Apple Watch last weekend just to get a little added heart rate data and the AFib detection. Seeing 4 dates of increased heart rate while sleeping got my attention for sure. Thanks for the advice.
