OSCAR 1.5.3 is now available for downloading. This is a maintenance release. If you are running 1.5.1 or greater, you should be getting a notification within OSCAR if you have the Automatically check for updates selected in your Preferences → General tab.

Please help. I'm not able to use OSCAR because Windows refuses to go past this message after I download the OSCAR exe: "Windows cannot access the specified device path or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item." (I was able to download the OSCAR version v1.5.3 because I temporarily shut down my antivirus "Shield" & put an icon on my desktop, but the same message comes up.)
How do you get past Windows and use OSCAR? I need a program to teach me about sleep issues, CPAP/BiPap, etc.
