As you may already know, IGA nephropathy can cause tiredness as a symptom. Are you seeing a kidney specialist? Are you receiving any forms of treatment for the disease?

Yes definitely does cause fatigue

I am seeing a specialist. No treatment as of now. Just being monitored

Are you saying there is a way to upload my oximeter into OSCAR or I need a certain one that is compatible

Oscar supports ZEO, Dreem, Somnopose, and Viatom/Wellue... these are in the Menu/Data section. Since I use the O2Ring, I use the Import Viatom/Wellue Data selection, then select last night's O2 data from where the PC app puts it (a place I told it during installation). Some of these are sleep stage, not O2, monitors I see:

I think I figured it out! Results from last night, changed trigger set to very high to help with CA's. Still, have lots of o2 fluctuation it seems, any suggestions on how to stabilize this?

Woke up several times turning the machine off then putting it back on when ready to go back to sleep

Good job! CA's have disappeared, and you have loaded your O2 data into Oscar... stellar!

Your O2 looks a lot like mine... your worst desat was when you were awake. You could try upping the epap min 1cm to 8.5 (that's where the FL's kept pumping it to) but you look treated to me.
