Reliable sources for used CPAP?

What are the most reputable online platforms for purchasing a pre-owned CPAP machine, specifically a ResMed AirSense 10? My husband has recently been diagnosed with sleep apnea, and due to lack of insurance coverage, we're seeking a more affordable option than buying new. After a regrettable experience of being scammed on Facebook Marketplace, where we lost $200, we're hesitant to trust similar platforms. Can anyone recommend a reliable website with trustworthy sellers that offers shipping services?

Secondwindcpap.com is legit
Also lsat (member here) frequently posts machines, I would trust him no question.

I'd just buy a new C2C machine... if you can do without modem (lots of used machines will have 3G or otherwise be hard to assign a MyAir ID) the cpap dot com 449$ deal is hard to beat... I've seen other places selling AS10's for even cheaper, but I got my new one while the Black Friday (2 months long!) sale was on for 399$. You will need a prescription to buy.
Craigslist around urban areas has them... I see four or five in the Austin area every day. The price hovers around 300$, which is crazy considering what a new machine costs above.
Check the About... menu item on the machine... there will be an Hours Used on it... these machines have a 22,000 hour lifetime before the motor should be replaced, about 7 years of 8hours/night. New motors are 130$ on Amazon and take a fair bit of fiddling to replace... there are videos to help do this... I rebuilt my old AS10 using one of these, thoroughly cleaned it, and am now using it as my main machine again.
You've made a good choice for a model and brand, good luck getting one. I prefer them to the newer model.

I've purchased from secondwindcpap in the past and had a good experience Resmed S9 Auto in great condition still pumping years later. When I went to get a replacement for my husband last week, their prices are a lot higher than CPAP.com unless you want the standard version with wireless. The S10 Auto C2C for $450 is a great price and the refurbished and openbox units are more expensive, except for the $339 high hour one which isnt recommended for everyday usage.

Always, Always, Always do business face to face. esp with cpap gear you want to see, smell, and test the equipment before paying. Really
Be sure to check that the cpap powerson, there are no foul odors and check hours of use. Really
If they will only do mail order theres a clue. Really
