I was about to place an order for my first CPAP.

Yesterday I placed all items in my order and use the SPRING2024 promo code getting 25% off the total order.

Unfortunately I didn't place the order last night and this morning the 25% is no longer applied to the CPAP machine (Airsense 10), but only to the remaining items.

Is this normal or am i missing something?

Exactly which AirSense 10 machine were you wanting and what was the price?

Spring2024 still shows active and some machines still show a discount of 25% but not all machines.
And some machines already are discounted more than 25% but you can't get another 25% off those machines.

The Airsense 10 autoset SD card version, Its showing $449, but yesterday with the code its final price was $337.

I don't know for sure what happened but something similar happened last Thanksgiving for Black Friday I think it was.
Back then that model machine wasn't supposed to have another discount on top of the regular for sale price but for one day with the extra discount the price was really cheap but it wasn't supposed to be. Sale price was back then around 399 I think but then with the extra promo code discount it was 208...and it shouldn't have been. I handful of people did end up getting it for 208 as cpap.com honored it but it was quickly removed the next day and the others who waited didn't get that ultra cheap price.

The card to cloud model is already significantly discounted so cpap.com isn't going to offer another 25% off that price.

If you had placed the order last night they probably would have honored it since it was their error in how they setup the promo code thing.
But once someone spots the error then they fix it so it won't happen again.

I am not sure that this is what happened in your situation but it wouldn't surprise me.
I just checked their website and all the ResMed machines offer the promo code EXCEPT that card to cloud model and it is already significantly discounted.
