Not really any experience. I can count on one hand (in nearly 15 years on cpap) the number of times I have had any issues with aerophagia.
I never have had any real issues with FLs or even snores once on cpap.
I am on a bilevel machine but that is because I got a chance to try one and found I really liked PS of 4 (over PS of 3) even though it was never a critical need for me. I just like it better. I can use an AutoSet and EPR at 3 and do well with it but I just really like how PS of 4 feels.
Much more "natural" breathing feeling to me anyway.
I rely mainly on how I sleep and feel and not so much as any numbers or graphs.
Sleep is my primary goal because without it then the nice pretty graphs don't mean much.
