Just now got off the phone with a Settlement Administrator or three. I had to make three phone calls to three different people before I just now gave completely up on receiving any reimbursements from this BS settlement.
I am getting the feeling I will get nothing from the settlement too. I will probably send a letter to the court in another month or two stating I never received my payment. I know they have both my correct email and my correct mailing address. They managed to email me about the settlement, and they managed to send me letters about the settlement. I got two emails and two letters since I had two machines that were affected by the recall.
Same here. Two machines. Same with my addresses. I think that they made the process as convoluted as possible, hoping that folks give up on it, as I have.

I went through the online class action process. I did not have to return the machine in question. A check arrived in the mail a few months ago.

I went through the online process, three times, and nothing. The third time was because I paid out of pocket for a new CPAP to replace a recalled one. My understanding is you are supposed to get a payout without doing anything at all if you went through the recall process with Philips.

Sounds exactly like my situation.

I had given up on anything. Just got a prepaid Mastercard for $169. No idea if that is right or wrong, but it is 69.14 for my older 50 series and maybe $100 for my 60 series. Happy I got anything! Happy Xmas!

I got an email yesterday with a virtual credit card for $153. I forgot I chose the Virtual Mastercard for payment instead of a check. I am not sure if that is my total payout. I had two recalled machines plus I put in for reimbursement for buying a replacement machine.

Edit: This can't be my total payout. It has to be for my Dreamstation as the amount matches the listed payout for a Dreamstation. I should be getting a payout at some point for my System One 60 too which is slightly high than the payout for a Dreamstation.

It's a freakin miracle!!!!!!

I received a check yesterday in the mail for $252.70! The description says that it's the combined amounts from my Device Payment Award and my Device Return Award.

Awesome!

I should have two more checks coming, maybe.

Another just like the above, not the same amount though, and another because I purchased a replacement device on my own dime.

:D

I recently got an email saying I "must" return my old machine (a System One which means there is no way they are refurbishing it). On the phone a year or two ago I had asked clearly whether there was some obligation to return it and they said no, though they really wanted me to. (Lawsuit evidence I suspect - which is why I am keeping it). I received a refurbished Dreamstation which I don't trust them enough to use.

I went to the linked web page and there was no "must" language. I called the number on it and got a message there was no one available to answer my call. No voicemail or message to call back later.

So I unsubscribed from their email. I have no intention of returning my old machine.

From memory, the only "must" for a system one I recall is that you must return it to get the return payment, ostensibly to make sure it is disposed of properly (sure). If not mistaken there was also some language in the class action lawsuit, or the abstract/interpretive statement somewhere, indicating there was no need for these older machines. If you have time to burn you'll probably find it

I can't recall - did people get a cash payment or a replacement machine? Or did they get both?

I did not get a cash payment. I think their original offer was $50 which I considered insulting.

I refused to give them a prescription either but got a machine.

I returned both a System One and a BiPAP Dreamstation. Received replacements for both, not using them though. I also purchased a replacement at my own cost.

I filled out all the forms online and from my understanding, I should get paid for both machines along with getting paid for having to purchase a machine.

So far, I've received payment for the BiPAP machine only, combined amounts from my Device Payment Award and my Device Return Award.
