but I seem to roll around quite a bit because the arm/shoulder I'm laying on gets mad at me.
Ahhhh...that might be it as well. Any discomfort can/will mess with our sleep.
I have that TShirt myself. But sometimes even when you know the problem and try to fix it we can't fix it well enough to help the sleep quality all that much.
My back/pelvic pain is made worse by rain....and cold...and staying in any one position for very long. I do the best I can but my sleep quality is often in the toilet as well.

We posted at the same time.
I'm happy enough with my sleep quality at the moment, so if aches and pains are keeping me from getting the best sleep, it might be time to recheck my "sleep number" bed setting.

Here's last night.
https://sleephq.com/public/a94b9be6-0d2 ... 5f9891274a

Last couple of nights I have been putting a piece of t-shirt material between my mask and my face. It has all but eliminated the dreaded face fart mask leak, and I don't have that slimy feel to my skin.
Curious what y'all think about my datalog.

IMO I'd say there's ~25% improvement from what you (I) looked at earlier.

Still room for improvement.

Thank you for the insight.
Also, I've been making a conscious effort to limit coffee enjoyment to morning hours only as you recommended a few posts back.
I feel like I am sleeping deeper, but not necessarily better.

Using our surrogate (Minute Ventilation)(aka "Flintstone Tools") and counting pixels of stuff that could be sleep:

Image

your pSE (psuedo-Sleep Efficiency) has gone from 43% to 72%. Yay, right?

Except a 70% Sleep Efficiency is classified as "Train Wreck".

You need ~90% to be a Good Sleeper.

Dang. I didn't realize i was still so far off.
I don't know what to do different to pick up another ~20%.

Sunday night and Monday night were polar opposites.
Sunday night I feel like I got good sleep. Monday night I feel like my brain never shut down....to the point that I felt like I wasn't actually asleep.
Do the datalogs corroborate this? Because it almost seems like they disagree with how I feel I slept.

What does that mean specifically?

To my untrained eye, the data seems to suggest I slept better Monday than on Sunday. But I felt like garbage yesterday.

I appreciate the guidance, but I have to be upfront and admit that I struggle to decipher what you mean when I don't have enough context.

But you do!

Look at the y-axes. Different scales. For example, Monday Tidal Volume looks very quiet, but the scale is doubled.

Another shortfall of SleepHQ.

So Monday's sleep datalog proves how I felt on Tuesday?
