On the other hand, if the doctor tells me that he is looking at plot of my pressure or flow readings for a particular night.... - he is probably fibbing.

He might be looking at low resolution plots.
I'm only looking for clarity, not an argument.
What the F, kind of a response is this to the one person who has gone out of there way to try to provide clarity to you.

Are you saying that there is a low-res version of the millisecond-by-millisecond mask pressure or flow rates that is sent via the automatic daily upload?
Perhaps you should ask ResMed.

I've always considered AHI data and usage hours as being (part of) therapy data. MyAir app clearly gets that therapy data via Bluetooth.
Then why isn't it avaialble immediately after a session? It's not.
Why is it that when ResMed's servers are unavailable, MyAir will not show any of that data? If it was transferred via Bloothtooth, it would be available.
Ask ResMed.

Whoa, Didn't anticipate a load of attitude!
When I said I wasn't looking to argue, I was trying to signal that I still don't understand what is being uploaded to the Resmed servers an hour after a session ends.
We know that the cpap records the high-res (25Hz) datafile to the SD card immediately after a session ends. Does the cpap also create a low-res (1/min) version of the same data to be sent in the automatic upload an hour later?

Ultimately what I'd like to know is, Can my doctor and or DME see my breath-to-breath flow rate data without access to my SD card?
(which is the reason that I said above, that my doctor likely fibbing when he tells me that he can "see" this data. He and I were talking about the SHAPE of some specific breath curves)

Things may work differently in Canada, but on my phone the MyAir data is available immediately after a session ends.

My DME uses Airview to "monitor" my Apap via cellular. They also have Rescan but that requires I bring in a SD card.
According to him, the finest granularity with Airview is every 60 seconds. They can not see Hi resolution Flow Rate data so have no ability to see/discuss breath-to-breath shapes.
He acknowledged that his view does not lend itself to recognizing breath holding while changing positions (roll-over) or arousal breathing.

From the Resmed Airsense 11 clinical manual:
Confirms that without access to SD card, breath-to-breath data like we see in Oscar's Flow rate curves, doctor can't view.

According to him [the doctor], the finest granularity with Airview is every 60 seconds.
The following from the Clinical manual seems to confirm that 60 second granularity for Airview:
It looks like AirView
samples the Rescan pressure stream every 60 seconds, and the Rescan samples the SD card pressure stream every two seconds. What is missing from this table is the Airview sampling rate of the flowrate data stream. Does the flowrate data stream even appear on the Airview report?
OSCAR ROCKS !
