That was all that was considered "Vital," since back then "Signs" were about the weather, "Tracking" led to making your own jerky, "Rings" were for hitching up a team of mules, an "Apple" was from a tree, and eating one of those a day was enough to keep the blasted sawbones away.

Although 40 was also considered a ripe old age to die and anything beyond that was considered gravy. So there was that.

I love my Apple watch.

Yes, I'm so glad to have an Apple watch. When it was purchased, I didn't realize how many functions I would use throughout the day and how often I would refer to the watch.

As far as privacy concerns, I volunteered for a medical research study by a major institution. They track every move I make while wearing the watch. I gave them my complete medical records and complete health insurance records. I don't know the name of a single person at the institution. They are not covered by HIPAA. How much do you think I am worried about privacy?
