Sorry about the eardrum perforation, though, whatever the primary cause was.
But please be sure never to sneeze, cough, hiccup, and burp all at the same time or you might end up in the same shape I'm in today since that happened to me. And I'm still banned from that winery.
(I was not using my APAP at that instant in time, since I was awake and in public.)

she really needs to stop dropping you off and leaving like that.

She keeps hoping someone will feel sorry for me and adopt me, I guess, but I still keep finding my way back home.
