Ambien. Not a real fan of it. Took it about 45 minutes before bedtime and slept 9 hours and still woke up a little drowsy.

Most sleep doctors agree that it should be used for no more than an occasional night or two.

I agree. First time I have taken one in well over a year but that showed me that maybe my problem is NOT too much pressure causing the leaks. Even my sleep doc (Board Certified Sleep Apnea Neurologist) agreed that lowering the pressure might be helpful. I will hold off doing that and see if I can figure things out.
